1.How to make full use of rolling bearing
  Rolling bearing is a kind of precision mechanical components, bearing users hope that the bearings could keep the dynamic performance without damage in the prospective life span , but fact is not always satisfactory, unexpected bearing failure incident would cause significant loss of customers. A large number of rolling bearing failure analysis have shown that bearing short-lived or premature loss of accuracy, are due to improper materials or manufacturing defects in some degree, but the main point is the absence of strict accordance with the bearings use requirements for the installation, maintenance. Sometimes improper bearing selection, or the rated load of bearing is smaller than the actual load cause damage to the abnormal performance also. For example, the bearing parts’ fatigue spalling caused by the impurities mixture in oil.
  So, in order to achieve a longer life span and accuracy of retention period, in addition to require manufacturers to improve product qualified bearings, the bearing user must achieve scientific methods and procedures for bearings using. Otherwise, no matter how good the bearing will be, it can not free from die under a sordid conditions of using.

2.Simple method to identify bearing failure
  You can identify if there is bearing failure in operation without demolition inspection. That is very important for imprvement of productivity and economy.
  The main identification method is as follows:

  1)Identify via sound
  Sound identification require for experience. Sufficient training is indispensable for indentification of sounds from bearing or not. So, the work need to be carried out by professional people. The bearing sound could be heard clearly when listening devices or listening rod touch the outer ring of the bearing.

    2)Identify from work temperature
This method is more applicable under running and stable occasions. Therefor, there must be a continuous record of temperature. The irregular motion will go with temperature raising when there is failure.

    3)Identify from grease state
Analysis grease sample, judge its pollution level if there is other metal mixtuer or foreign body. The method is applicable for the bearing that cannot observe near and some large bearings.

3.Bearing type presentation
  Rolling bearing code presentation.
  Code application: stands for rolling bearings’ struction, size, type, and precision etc., it is ruled by national standard GB/T272-93.

  Tolerance level code:
  Radial bearings and angular contact ball bearing can be divided into 5 levels (high-low)
  new level code:P2→ P4→ P5 →P6→ P0
  old level code:B →C →D →E →G  
  Tapered Roller Bearings can be divided into 4 levels (high to low)
  new level code:P4 →P5 →P6x →P0
  old level code:C→ D →Ex→ G(E)
  hrust Ball Bearings can be divided into 4 levels (high to low)
  new level code:P4→ P5 →P6 →P0 
  old level code:C →D →E →G
  clearance code
  Clearance code can be divided into six levels, can be numbered by /C1 /C2 /C0/C3 /C4. CM bearing clearance is for the motor group, C0 is basic level of clearance. The beairng mounting hole and the tolerance, temperature of coorperation of bearing and shaft need to be fully considered, refer to GB/T4604 standard or advice site.
