2,  Sunhill is developing China R&D center, it will help customer get Sunhill’s professional service more quickly, and it will more conveniant for customer to communicate with our technicians. To develop products that moer adapt to China market.  
 In sale service:
1,  Sunhill have specified people to follow up your order and specified engineer to supply technical support in sales. We can supply perfect service in order confirmation, logistic, incoming check etc. processes.

After service:

2, Sunhill’s after sales service staff could do the following things for you: have your problems make known to related departments in 10 minutes, inform sales manager when there is serious problems. Response to customer in half an hour; submit solution, suggestion or precept in two hours; resolve normal problems in one day; be in site in 24 hours when there was serious problems within province, be in site in 48 hours in other provinces, solve problems in no more than 5 days.
